President & Dean
Texas University of TheologyDrs. John & Iris Delgado have dedicated their lives to ministry for over 45 years and are recognized internationally as conference speakers and teachers.
Dr. Delgado is President of Texas University of Theology. He is also a spiritual mentor, offering support and spiritual covering to Pastors and Leaders.
He has authored various books including, Authority to Destroy the Works of the Enemy, Prayer Training Manual, Possessing God’s Peace in the Midst of Trouble, and Men of Impact.
Dr. Iris Delgado is the President of Crowned with Purpose Ministries. She shares the vision of the ministry with her husband as they travel and minister together. www.crownedwithpurpose.com
They both graduated from Vision International University in Ramona, CA, with a Doctoral degree in Christian Education and Counseling.
Together, they offer marriage and leadership conferences and travel in the United States, Latin and South America, Mexico, Canada, Australia and Africa, teaching the message of hope and restoration.
Dr. Iris is the author of the series, Satan You Can’t Have My Children, Satan You Can’t Have My Marriage, Satan You Can’t Have My Promises, Satan You Can’t Have My Miracle, Powerful Prayers to Protect the Heart of your Child, and her newest book, How to Rule Over Your Emotions.
They have been married 52 years, have two daughters and two grandsons and reside in Euless, Texas.
Kathy Chatterton
Administrative Director
Kathy Chatterton is the Administrative Director for all TXUT Resource Centers and oversees the online system.
Angie Estrada
Registrar
Angie (Angelica) is the Registrar for TXUT. She helps maintain records and assists students and directors throughout the system.
Dr. Seigel Bartley
Director of Counseling
Dr. Bartley holds a PhD in Theology and a PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision. He is a National Certified Counselor and a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor in the state of Texas. Dr. Bartley is an ordained minister and also has a private counseling practice in Arlington, TX.
Dr. Clara Luz Berlanga Espinoza
Resource Center & Student Services
Clara is the Pastor of Christian International Center Es El Tiempo in McAllen, TX. She is a support member to our resource centers and assist with student services for TXUT.
Dr. Roberto Bresca
Professor & Mentor
Dr. Roberto Bresca is both a professor at TXUT, and serves as our Spanish mentor for the Doctoral program students.
